HappyPaws Return Policy

 

At HappyPaws, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are only available for the same product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at coolrshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.
