At HappyPaws, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are only available for the same product.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.
- Ship the item back within 3 days of approval.
